Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
Monday to Thursday – 8 am to 4 pm with a 30 minute meal break and Fridays 8 am to 3.30 pm with a 30 minute meal break
You will be part of a small team which is responsible for carrying out general repairs and new works in the Borough and to undertake other work of a general and routine nature.
Duties include repairs and maintenance of Council owned buildings/facilities, but including tasks such as plumbing, joinery, concreting works, bitmac surfacing, flag and block paving, kerbing, fencing, painting, drain clearing, roofing etc.
A clean full UK driving licence is essential.
You should be reliable, punctual and flexible to respond to the requirements of the service area.
