Extension is not subservient to original house as the roof extends above the main roof. Massing of extension is considerable but as will not be especially visible from the rear or affect any neighbours I do not object to it. Rang the Gudgeons to request that the roof be dropped. Met Mr and Mrs Gudgeon on 22 July 2004 at 13:30 in the Council Offices to discuss amendments. They agreed to drop the roof so that it is level with main roof and possibly to have a hipped roof at the rear rather than an ordinary pitched roof. 20/07/2004 |
