Would not significantly detract from light at 52 Kestor Lane as this property does have any main windows in the side elevation. Still remains a sufficient gap. Detached garage probably wouldn't require planning permission as more than 5m away from dwelling. New access needs to be considered by Brian Cooper. 07/12/2004 |
