Site visit Large ff extension over garage not esp prominent from Moorside Lane due to screening and the house itself. Set back from the road - further than the house. Main impact is on 12 Leys Close at the rear. There would be no windows in the rear elevation but there is substantial mature tree and hedge cover on boundary anyway. 12 Leys Close is also on higher ground than the application building.
