Viewed the inside of the property with John Pye and Jeff Marshall and from the rear yard. I have requested a plan of how the extension would abut the party wall with the Garage. Also viewed from the next door property, 12 Lowergate. Concerns with regard to loss of light to rear yard of no. 12 because of the extension (evening sunlight comes through the gap) and overlooking from the new windows in the existing gable end. Perhaps also a concern about loss of visual gap at the rear and potential effect on the conservation area. Hoping to take application to the October Committee. 30/08/2005 |
