Site visit Extensions not visible within street scene. Garage is larger than existing asbestos though cannot see it having a much more significant impact on no.18 Lee St. The kitchen extension would be only marginally higher than the existing stone wall with no.16 so little impact on that neighbour. Would not be visible from no.12 due to their extension. Flat roof but there are a real mixture of extensions and buildings at the rear of Lee St of all shapes and sizes.
