The extension is to the gable end of the cottage furthest away from the hall, a listed building. Extension reflects character of the original cottage in design, with same roof pitch and window openings plus a small setback from the main frontage. Would not overlook any neighbours; only neighbour is the hall at the rear, set at an angle so overlooking would be from a good distance and indirect. 05/07/2004 |
