The proposed extension to the existing garage and the internal conversion are to provide accomodation for an elderley relative. The proposed extension will be on the southern elevation of the garage and as such will not be visible from the surrounding neighbouring dwellings or the existing dwelling. This is also due to the substantial boundary screening provided by various trees (some of which are TPO'd) and hedges. I forsee no major issues. 14/07/2005 |
