Two storey rear extension assimilates well in to main building. Not readily visible due to frontage wall and topography. Long distance views from the south. No neighbour implications as it is an isolated dwelling. As it is in AoNB the size threshold has been exceeded but i do not consider there to be any visual harm. Condition as annex unit although it is capable of being integrated. 08/08/2005 |
