At present on site there is a small rear extension, which seems to enlarge the kitchen. The proposal intends to replace this extension with a larger single storey extension that covers the entire rear elevation. It is proposed to be rendered with a slate roof, which will match the existing rear extension. The loft conversion will require the installation of velux windows, these will not project out of the roofline and as such are considered to be acceptable. 28/07/2005 |
