Site visit Garage is slightly larger than the existing but this would not have a significant impact on the street scene as it is set well back from the road, or on neighbours as no.15's garage acts as a buffer from the proposed garage. The conservatory would overlook no.17 to some degree over a boundary fence so that side elevation needs to be obscure glazed.
