Small porch to the front with a hipped roof over is sympathetic to property. A dwelling across the road has a similar porch albeit with mono-pitched roof. Garage extension will not be visible from road so minimal visual impact. No.31 has a greenhouse on the boundary with the proposed site of the garage extension which would not have a significant impact as only a relatively small addition. 18/10/2004 |
