Small window in the front elevation would overlook property across the road but given its size I don't think it would be significant or intrusive. Conservatory is same size and design as existing. Both alterations would normally be PD were it not for PD having been withdrawn. Small window would break up monotony of plain stone wall of roadside elevation. 22/12/2004 |
