New dwelling is further towards the road though no nearer to the neighbour. Proposal somewhat higher than the existing house though I consider neighbour is a sufficient distance away. Floor print is larger than existing though cannot see there being a siginificant visual impact. Existing house is of little architectural merit. No neighbours to front or rear. Have written to agent asking for cubic volume of both existing and proposed house. 28/07/2005 |
