Site visit The fence posts have already been fixed into place and it looks like the applicant has started to put the fence up, although there are only two panels up. The issue here is regarding the height of the fence in relation to the street scene and whether or not it has a significantly detrimental affect on its amenity. There is no right to a view so outlook is out of the window. No issues regarding the highways as it is a small road but I will check with the County Surveyor.
