Some impact on 54a, which is a dormer bungalow. This property has a bedroom window in the side elevation and a conservatory at the rear. Some loss of light but would not have thought significant. Extension would be seen against the existing house. Bedroom window is possibly secondary - with the main window on the front elevation. The bungalow is also set back from the application building which minimises any impact on the conservatory. Properties at the rear seem to be a sufficient distance away. After checking plans for 54A, it seems window serves landing/stairs. 30/08/2005 |
