The property is a two storey mid terrace. It has a pitched roof in profiled grey tile. There is cream render to the first floor and red brick to the groud floor. The proposal has a limited impact on visual amenites; and there are minimal overlooking issues due to there being no windows on the side elevations. The loss of light would be minimal due to the orientation of the house. 04/01/2006 |
