Site visit Design is acceptable with small set back from main frontage. Similar to another two storey extension at 6 Victoria Court. Narrowing of visual gap between 2 and 3 though the two properties are on different levels. Little impact on 2 due to that property having no windows in side elevation and on higher ground. No.4 is set back from the application building and so little impact on that side. Fence screen minimises overlooking from rear bay window.
