Site visit Remodelling scheme with acceptable impact on residential and visual amenity. No uniform street scene in area and property is on the edge of the village. Design of extensions seems okay. Lifting of roof to create first floor would significantly overshadow next door property though perhaps loss of view? First floor extension seems a sufficient distance away from the neighbours ocnservatory. Window in side elevation of neighbours house serves garage. Balcony is to the other side.
