Site visit Dormer would overlook The Croft's front garden which has been tarmaced to create parking area. No windows in side elevation of The Croft. Design of dormer seems okay as set back from front. Garage design seems acceptable and matching materials. No windows in side elevation of Tree Tops so no loss of light. Balcony some overlooking to both sides but hedges/bushes on side boundaries provide screening.
