Large building similar in width and height to existing building but much longer - extending right up to the access track. Clear views of proposal to be had from the lane and the nearby public footpath. Also long distance views from Smalden Lane on approaching Lane Ends. There are other large farm buildings on neighbouring farms. Likely to be significant visual impact though seen within context of existing built form. Awaiting Rural Estates comments. 29/11/2006 |
