Site visit Fell Croft is on higher ground than application site therefore new pitched roof over flat roof extension and entrance extension would not result in significant loss of light and the window in the side elevation extends round to the rear elevation. Development to north of that neighbour therefore no impact on sunlight. New pitcehd roof seen against backdrop of existing main roof. Fence panels on side boundary will minimise overlooking from conservatory to neighbour. Garage on other side to be well screened from High Field by very well established conifer trees.
