Prominent roadside location. Dwelling opposite and Hotel not far away on opposite side of road. High Hawthorn hedge along field boundary which will provide some screening of building all year round. Land drops away from road therefore building will sit lower in landscape. To be sited alongside existing sheep handling facility but little built form along this side of road for good distance both ways. 23/11/2006 |
