Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for an existing use, that use being that the Rally Field (as identified on the location map) has been used for the siting of touring caravans and tented camping accommodation on a continuous basis for the past forty years. The site has the advantage of supporting services including toilet facilities as identified in the applicants statutory declaration. Occasional grazing of livestock has been employed to keep the grass short in keeping with the camping and caravan activity. Re-submission.
