Neighbour has a ff window in side elevation though not sure which room this serves - but the extension would not cause significantly more loss of light to this window than the existing building. Neighbours at the rear are a good distance away. Set back should reduce terracing with next door though at ff only. Porch is acceptable as no sideways overlooking and there are other porches on this side of road. 09/02/2007 |
