Site visit Neighbours to both sides and a football pitch at the rear. No.29 has been extended recently in a similar way - two storey extension coming forward of main frontage. Windows that could potentially overlook the two neighbours would be obscure glazed. Sufficient gap between 25 and 27 to minimise loss of light or overbearing impact on 25. Application building is set back from 25. There is a high conifer hedge on boundary betwen 25 and 27 which will screen living room window. Rear extension in place of conservatory would cause some loss of privacy to 29 rear garden but no worse than existing conservatory. There are a few scrubs on the boundary between the two.
