Alter or Extend a Listed Building
In order to stabilize the north-west gable it is proposed to build a new leaf faced in rubble stone with sand/lime pointing finished flush or slightly recessed, or generally to match the front elevation of the existing house. The roof will be extended in reclaimed matching blue slate and existing copings and kneelers refitted.
