Site visit Existing bungalow is newly built and stands on higher ground than that of neighbouring dwelling Green Beeches. It is surrounded byvarious house types including bungalows, two storey houses and cottages. The proposed first floor extension over the garage will create a two storey size extension and will look out of place next to a bungalow. Poorly designed.
