Sympathetic two storey extension. Front wall is set back but roof above carried across from existing. Should blend in well with property. Some narrowing of visual gap between this dwelling and Lanteglos but still small gap. These two are not in a straight line and are staggered so no terracing affect. The next door property does not have habitable room windows in its side elevation likewise the extension does not include windows in the side elevation so loss of light and privacy to neighbour would not be significant. 05/08/2004 |
