Strip out tenant fixtures & fittings. General repairs to fabric. Cutting back defective render to front elevation and re-render including shopfront stallriser to woodfloat finish decoration. Replace shopfront vestibule tiles to match existing. Remove third party signage. Renew electrical installation. Form new SW painted pilasters to shopfront. Make good hardwood pilaster heads. Upgrade fire protection to ground floor walls and ceiling.
