1 Change of appearance colour by removing existing white concrete block facing brick on all external walls of bungalow and replacing with red brick with sandstone corner stones. Walls to be rebuilt on same foot print and to the same height as existing walls. 2 Replace flat roof with pitched roof over extension to rear of property to a ridge height of 5.4 m from ground level to match the existing ridge height. The roof will be joined into the existing roof and tiles/colour to match existing roof on property
