Alter or Extend a Listed Building
Listed building consent for repairs to the roof of the one storey extension at the gable end originally built in 1984. Replacement of the current slates - firsts with welsh blue slates which are thirds. The slates to be used will be chosen to provide the best match with the existing slates on the main roof of the house. Replacement of the laths. Replacement of the existing plastic membrane with a modern breathable felt in line with building regulations.
