Structural works to install two steel beams to kitchen ceiling to support wall above (existing load bearing wall has already been removed without consent). Erection of partition wall and doorway to original positions. Installation of new bathroom suite and partial conversion of loft with dry lining plaster system and general redecoration throughout.
